The acoustic mass in the neck/perforations oscillates against the spring compliance of the trapped air cavity:
$$f_0 = \frac{c}{2\pi} \sqrt{\frac{P}{D \cdot (t + \Delta t)}}$$
Where $P$ is open perforation ratio (fraction), $D$ is cavity depth, and $\Delta t$ is end correction (typically $0.8 d$ for holes).
